Roles and Responsibilities
- Must have good experience in managing End-to-End Centre operations including Walk-In, Enrollments, Blood Collection, Staff Training & Appointment's Management e.t.c
- Handle Customer Grievance - Branch Operations (Whole & Sole Responsibility For Customer Service Of The Center)
- Responsible for staff scheduling to include work assignments / rotations, employee training, employee leave, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, shift rotations, etc.
- To Organize & Execute All Marketing Activities Like Awareness Checkup Camps, Center Awareness Creating Activities, e.t.c
- Need to Manage the sales and operations of the center.
-Implementing & Observing The Quality Policy Of The Center & NABL Protocols.
- Customer Management: Personally, address the grievances of customers and take actions to ensure that they are fully satisfied.
- Carrying out regular quality checks to ensure proper cleanliness and maintenance of the center.
- Achieve the revenue targets for the center through consistently high feedback and service ratings leading to repeat visits and through new customers.
- Must Organize & Execute All Marketing Activities Like Camps, Center Awareness Creating Activities e.t.c
- Exercising Stock Audits & Inventory Audits & Optimizing Its Use.
-Co-Ordination With Head Office & Central Units For Customer Service & Reports.

-Person With Good Experience In Medical Field Diagnostics & Dental Clinic Services.
-Must Have Good Knowledge Of Tests & Dental Treatments.
-Ability To Do Blood Collection's Shall Be An Advantage.
-Must Have Knowledge About Customer Service & How To Deliver It.
-Must Have Clear, Polite & Good Communication Skills.
-Good Knowledge Of MS Office Is Necessary.
-Should Be Responsible, Punctual & Team Player.
