JD:
Professional Experience:
Must have at least 10+ years of experience in IT industry and Hands on ERP experience in EBS & Oracle SaaS Cloud.
Mandatory to have experience in Oracle EBS SCM, HRMS, Financials, Architect solution.
Experience in EBS R12 & Oracle EBS Upgrade experience to R12.2.x.
Must have worked in capacity of a Consultant / Sr Consultant /Architect role prior to assuming Project Manager role
Must have done at least 1 Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation
Oracle PaaS & IaaS Cloud experience in preferred
PMP certification is preferred
Duties:
Create and execute Project plans covering large/multiple projects and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
Act as an overall Oracle solution architect for the project identifying areas of potential problems and work towards fixing them at the early stages of Project
Manage Customer stakeholders and ensure key milestones of the Project are understood and signed by customer
Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope creep
Review deliverables schedule prepared by team and ensure QA before transmittal to client
Effectively apply identified methodology (OUM, CASOUM) and enforce project standards
Manage multiple projects and clients
Ensure client related delivery objectives are achieved
Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs/risks and evaluate alternative business solutions.
Other Duties:
Participate in practice leadership discussion on organisation's future direction and plans
Contribute to the business development activities of the practice/organisation
Provide inputs to other practice areas to develop integrated organisation wide programs and initiatives
Assist the SI practice leadership in achieving practice targets
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
Complete understanding of systems implementation life cycle
Possess general understanding in the areas of programming, database and system design
Possess in-depth understanding of user requirements, conference room pilots, user acceptance tests, Cut over planning and Go-Live situations
Possess a thorough understanding of organisational capabilities
Maintain awareness of new and emerging technology and its potential application on client engagements. Experience working in Hybrid systems
Demonstrated ability of
o design, development, testing and roll-out of large systems
o Implementation programs
o managing day-to-day client relationships
o Managing time/quality and team management
o Leading teams of professionals, career counselling and mentoring
o Understanding client requirements and setting up demonstrations, walk-throughs, CRP/UAT sessions etc
o Project productivity tools like project management, bug reporting, issue tracking
o Understanding the quality metrics parameters and tracking it throughout the lifecycle of the project
In-depth knowledge of at least two functional areas in Oracle SCM, HRMS and Financials
Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision
Regional Experience: Preferred Middle East work experience.
