Experience in recruiting, H1's, Citizens, GC's, OPT's and EAD consultants.
Experience in negotiating compensation to close a candidate
Experience in using recruiting portals like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn.
Well versed in US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.
Full-cycle recruiting: Sourcing the candidates, screening them, Interview coordination, rate negotiation and hand-holding till closure
Experience in working with Direct Clients and/or Implementation Partners.
Responsibilities

Use effective resourcing strategies such as Job Portals (Dice, Monster, Tech FETCH), Internet sourcing.Negotiate finalize Pay rates/compensation of candidates.
Working Knowledge on Social Networking sites to identify candidates.
Screen and evaluate candidate communication skills, verify visa status, confidence level, and work towards onboarding paperwork.
Placing of H1B, H4, US Green Cards Citizens.
Understanding of current technologies and upgrading of new technologies.
Recruiting through job portals combined with utilizing existing candidate relationship and referrals.
