1. Teach as per instructions given in the lesson plan and makes use of various teaching aids, resources, activities, assignments listed in the lesson plan
2. Translate lesson plans into learning experiences so as to best utilize the available time.
3. Ensuring course is finished as per session assigned in the beginning.
4. Take written test as per schedule and share the report with Operation Team & management.
5. Excellent command over spoken and written English.
6. Identifying and help imbibe their personal style through appropriate and confident body language.
7. (a) Conducting workshops regarding interviewing skills and job search techniques.
(b) Guiding the candidates about dress code,interview protocols, code of conduct, effective communication and importance of portraying positive image.(c) Ensuring all students communicate in English only & ensure they are in proper uniform.
8. Minimise slippage and will be organising & conducting various placement drives.
