• Able to handle configurations of HCM (OM, PA, Time management, India Payroll
• Knowledge of PCR Schema, Claims Reimbursements, Performance management and Travel modules) independently.
• Must have strong knowledge in SAP HCM.
• Preferably worked on ECC 6.0 or higher version preferably with EHP 7-8 or HANA.
• Sound knowledge of SAP HCM Business Processes which includes Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM) and Time Management - SAP Globally HCM Certified
• Should have completed at least 1 to 2 end-to-end implementation in SF.
