Job Description

Key Result Area:
Recruit, interview, evaluate, and place highly skilled technical professionals on a contract, contract to hire, or permanent basis across a wide array of technology verticals.
Successfully review job descriptions and analyze requirements in order to understand the needs of the hiring manager and technical skills required.
Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, calling the candidates, closing them, negotiating, taking the information and other declarations in emails, submitting them to their respective leads and managers etc.
Sourcing the candidates from various portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn and by a variety of creative sourcing techniques including web search and social networking opportunities. etc.
Scheduling and coordinating face-to-face and phone interviews with candidates
Creating a pool of candidates through job portals, social networking, community organizations, Internet data mining, and media channels.
Create strong working relationships with management, peers, and prospective candidates
Proactively network with user groups and potential talent by maintaining ongoing relationships
Passionate to research new technologies, participate in training and workshops for technical recruiting.
Required Candidate Profile (Must have):
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
Hands-on experience in all phases of the recruitment cycle is essential.
He/she must have a minimum of 0.6 to 2 years of experience in the Recruitment industry
Must have high energy levels, handle extreme recruitment pressure with extensive experience in sourcing, assessing, communicating with and hiring senior technical talent.
Ability to work aggressively in a high energy / high-pressure environment.
Should be proficient Technically & should have some knowledge on different IT Technology
He/she should be an aggressive team player to achieve the target and Ready to take up the challenge & pressure
Good communication and convincing skills. Flexible regarding work timings.
Good attitude, team player, target driven, career-oriented and a quick learner.
