Job Description

Experience in End-to-End recruitment life cycle, Stakeholder Management, planning strategies, vendor management, database management, employee referrals and direct sourcing.
Acting as single point of contact for internal clients and Management.
Possess strong technical/business acumen and understanding of technical requirements; deep sourcing skills and experience in sourcing activities.
Instrumental in Setting up new project teams, Sales and Business Development team, other support function within organization.
Excellent candidate assessment, vendor management, documentation, and networking and communication skills.
Experience in interviewing candidate, reference checking, tracking, salary negotiations, till closure.
Interacting with all concern Projects Managers & Business Heads to understand the resource requirements.
Managing recruitment drives, Walk-in, referral database, conducting HR interviews
Prepare and share weekly and monthly report with management team on pipeline of candidates in process, offers, joiners for different skills and levels.
HR activities such as ensuring on boarding of new employees & Joining Formalities, Documentation, Induction, Orientation & Exit Formalities.

Good understanding of constant changes in Indian laws related to employees and in alignment of company policies

Excellent communication skills
