Job Description

Looking for a Software Support Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience.Software Serve primarily to address technical issues relating to software implementation, function and upgrades. The candidate have to resolve customer complaints or problems and create product problem reports and troubleshooting documents for each issue. The candidate might also be involved in developing and leading training classes to educate customers about our softwares.
