Job Description

Technical Support Engineer provides support and knowledge to internal departments and local end- user customers on VERICUT products.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical support to end- user customers, sales engineers, and marketing partners


• Instruct VERICUT training classes


• Travel to and conduct on- site training and consulting at customer sites


• Assist end- users in maximizing benefits and implementation of VERICUT software


• Log and track software change requests

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Excellent problem- solving and troubleshooting skills


• Motivated self- starter


• Team- player


• Enjoys traveling


• Practical working experience in NC programming


• CAD/ CAM experience and knowledge


• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and MS Office applications


• Good communication skills

In addition to the above, the following qualifications are desirable but not required:

• Recent experience with VERICUT, and with building Virtual Machine Configuration


• Familiar with multiple types of CNC machine tool


• Practical working CAD/ CAM experience with emphasis on CAM expertise in CATIA, NX, and/ or Pro/ Engineer


• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field
