The Employer
Our client is an EdTech startup that is instilling math mastery in children. With thousands of centres across India, they are expanding their international footprint and are looking for passionate, driven individuals to join them.
The Job
You will be responsible for:
Mapping out the training plans for Partner and internal meeting
Conducting training needs assessment and identifying skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
Assessing instructional effectiveness and determining the impact of training on employee skills and deliverables
Maintaining updated curriculum database and training records
Ensuring compliance with current regulations.
Monitoring and reporting on call activities, processes, and procedures.
Determining data-driven solutions and implementing quality improvement plans.
Performing regular inspections and reviews to ensure adhere to quality and safety policies.
Providing departments with quality planning and support.
Preparing and maintaining quality management documentation.
The Profile
You have at least 3 years of proven work experience as a Training and Quality Coordinator, Trainer, Quality Training Facilitator or similar role
You have hands-on experience coordinating multiple training and Quality events in a corporate setting
You possess extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation
You have adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
You have experience with e-learning platforms
You have excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
You are proficient in MS Office.
You possess advanced organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
You have strong verbal and written communication skills
You are highly adaptable and can work well in changing environments
You are a strong team player who can handle multiple stakeholders
