Job Description
- Responsibilities:
- Leads (potential customers) management:
- Searching for leads
- Qualifying leads by calling / messaging
- Outbound lead nurturing calling to generate first customer order
- Inbound calls / messages handling
- Customer management:
- Outbound calling to existing customers
- Handling inbound calls to answer questions / assist with customer orders
- Inbound customer service calls / messages handling
- Day-to-day management of CRM system (Zoho) for leads and customers
- Order management in Woo-commerce system:
- Payments management
- Invoicing
- Order handling to suppliers
- Website content management
- SKILLS
- Education / QualificationsEducated to bachelor degree level as a minimum. Ideally in Business, Marketing or Finance.
- Telesales
Experience in telesales in outbound and inbound calling.
Experience in telesales in the food ingredients industry - Preferable - Communication
- Good communication skills both oral and written.
- Proficient and fluent in verbal and written English language
- Knowledge of one or more of the following languages: Hindi, Tamil, Tellugu, Kannada, Malayalam -Preferable
- Interests
- Passionate about e-commerce
- Knowledge of online / e-commerce systems, such as Woo-commerce / Zoho CRM - Preferable
- IT
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel and Word
- Others
- Good time management skills, able to prioritise and work well under pressure
- Organised and process oriented individual
- Hard working and flexible
- Team playerPrecise and careful with excellent attention to detail
- A positive can-do attitude to each new challenge
