Conducting inventor interview, analyzing prior arts, and drafting high quality provisional and complete applications for first filing in India or PCT or USPTO and EPO
Drafting response to patent examination report, attending patent office hearings, appeal against patent office rejections

- Engineering graduates (Electronics/Mechanical/Telecommunication/Electrical) with Patent Agent qualified having experience in law firms/ IPR firms may apply
