Essential duties and Responsibilities of the position

Experience in Chat/Email process.
Good communication & written English skills.
Maintain thorough and accurate client service records.
Keep confidential records and financial information private and secure
Effective use of database systems and technology.
Investigate and resolve Client queries quickly and patiently.
Experience in Business function such as accounting, administration, client communication & data processing.

Required Candidate profile
Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities for this role:

More than 2 years experience in Chat / Email process.
Should be able to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
Critical Thinker, Problem-Solver, Listening Skills & Accurate Record-Keeping
Good English Communication skills Verbal and written

Working Days and Hours

5 days week, Monday to Friday
Working Window 11:00 am to 8:00 pm
