2. Max Age criteria is 34 years
3. Should be currently working in the agency Model.
4. The interviews will be telephonic & Digitally on boarded.
5. The job in todays covid scenario would be to handle channels over phone & Zoom.
6. can easily earn up to 2.25 lacs just as incentives as per the structure.

Manage the daily activity of producers to ensure strong pipeline.
Coach & guide agents to cross sell and grow their business
Make individual agents grow at least by 20% Year On Year
Ensuring IRDA compliance regarding licensing & commission payments to
agents
Responsible for ensuring quality of applications
Support/guide the producer in all activities related policy services
To recruit and appoint agents for Gen Ins business
Train agents on products, process and USPs of Co.
