Job Description
- Support Network Architecture
- Support networks SDWAN, switches, routers, firewalls as necessary
- Support all network device backups and backup procedures
- Document all network based devices and services.
- Remote support for other locations as required.
- Work with the other IT teams on special projects as required.
- Participate in the R&D of new IT technology
- Proactive monitoring of network and security systems and daily operations.
- Should be CCIE / CCNP / CCNA certified
- University or college graduate majoring in the areas of computer science or computer information systems (equivalent experience will be given consideration)
- Cisco, Foundry/Brocade or Juniper Certifications required.
- CISSP Certification is a plus
- Strong Knowledge on SDWAN Technology
- Minimum of 8 years experience managing corporate networks with multiple sites.
- Minimum of 8 years experience working with the following protocols: TCPIP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS
- Minimum of 5 years experience with medium to large IT rollout projects involving network expansions.
- Minimum of 5 years experience working with network security and monitoring systems, IDS, perimeter security, firewall, etc.
- Strong people skills, customer service attitude and ability to work well with others
- Ability to be flexible and work with a fast paced and dynamic organization
- Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills
- Strong project management skills with prior experience in defining business requirements, investigating technical solutions, cost analysis, and definition of best practices.
- Extended hour workweek and periodic weekends may be required
