Job Description

Execute and/or assist in all aspects of site planned and unplanned maintenance activities.
Maintain network and security toolsets
Monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting the global network and security production environment
Ongoing management of global network and security monitoring systems. This includes configuration, node updates and documentation
Utilize monitoring tools to proactively identify problems with network and security systems, and applications
Enterprise Switch Troubleshooting and Configuration as needed in all global locations
Assist in coordinating with vendors and escalation support teams.
Develop timelines for problems that assist in problem reporting and root cause analysis.
Create, update, and execute Change Requests within corporate change policies to implement system and software upgrades as directed.
Assist in incident management tasks: Open, resolve, and maintain service desk tickets.
Assist in all corporate network audit activities as needed for compliancy
Execute simple Standard Operating Procedures as directed to maintain operational stability.
Support Operations process improvement activities.
Create, maintain, and achieve agreed upon goals.
Perform performance self-assessments.
Maintain weekly, monthly, and yearly reporting duties for operational growth, issue trending
Documentation of all upgrades, maintenance, and project activities
Execute circuit installations, activation, testing, deployment and assist in account management
Participate in a global follow the sun support environment.
It s mandatory to work in below shifts (There may be requirement to work in night shifts incase required):
First shift from 6:00 AM to 03:00 PM
Second shift from 12:00 PM to 09:00 PM
Regularly Scheduled On-call Rotation during weekends is required to support priority customer calls for events associated with outages.
Scheduled Weekend Support Rotation is required to support system maintenance functions. These would include, but not be limited to, software patching, firmware and operating system upgrades.
Regularly Scheduled MS customer- an On-Call component that would include consultative duties would be required based on customer issues and problems.
Required Experience:
CCNP Level of expertise or equivalent
Experience in Cisco switch troubleshooting and configuration (NX OS, IOS)
Configuration of Enterprise level, Network Monitoring industry standard toolsets (Solarwinds, InfoBlox or equivalent)
Working knowledge of SNMP, SNMP Traps and Syslog
Managing the installation of Corporate WAN Circuits for Enterprise and customer use
Enterprise class network documentation
Enterprise Wireless configuration and daily operations
5-7 years in a corporate environment supporting enterprise class networks
Configure / Troubleshoot Cisco ASA NAT and NAT0
Configure / Troubleshoot Cisco ASA Access Control
Configure / Troubleshoot Cisco ASA IPsec VPNs
Configure Cisco AnyConnect SSL VPN on the Cisco ASA
Understand Cisco ASA Syslog Messages,
