EXPERIENCE: 1 - 3 Years / 3 - 5 Years

LOCATION: Base Location Navi Mumbai Ghansoli (Client location can be anywhere in central or western or harbour line or Onsite or within India)

EDUCATION: Graduate in any discipline

Primary Skills: Manual Testing, Life Insurance

Secondary Skills: Ingenium / Life Asia

MANDATORY SKILLS

• Experience in Manual Testing
• Should be able to participate in the entire Functional Testing Life-cycle Performing all the below roles and responsibilities effectively
• Should be well aware of the Life Asia/ AS400 Application
• Working experience on various types of Life Insurance products such as Term, ULIP, Endowment, Whole life, Pension
• Sound knowledge of policy life cycle
• Working experience in new business, policy servicing & claims processes

DESIRED SKILLS

Basic concepts of charges, taxation, commission & accounting entries

• Basic knowledge of SQL queries will be add-on
• Independently ISTQB Certificatio

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create Test Scenarios & Test cases basis of BRD / FSD documentation
• Creating Requirement Traceability Matrix for Tests designed
• Independently drive Test pack walkthroughs along with various Stakeholders
• Selection of Regression Tests applicable
• Selection of Test cases, rightly suitable for Automation considering automation selection criterias
• Create/ Update Test Data for Automation Test cases
• Identify Test Data inputs that can be dynamic values to be generated every time with Formulas, Database Query, Calculators
• Perform SIT & UAT Test Execution
• Report Defects & follow up with Developers / BA IT for defect fixation with defect ageing tracking SLA
• Provide Test Results walkthrough to stakeholders for Sign off
• Impact Analysis Capabilities
• Knowledge on Insurance Workflow System
