Job Description

  1. To head & manage the HR and Administrative functions of a private speciality hospital.
  2.  Create and formalize relevant company policies in accordance with company vision and relevant government laws and rules.
  3.  Forge inter department cooperation and support all departments to formalize and implement their respective SOPs.
  4.  Recruitment, training and development of staff.
  5. Protect company interest by making sure that policies and SOPs are strictly adhered to. 
  6.  Any other task assigned time to time by the company director.

Required Candidate profile

Looking for candidates with good Personal qualities like Sincerity, hard working and self motivation.
