Job Description:
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Graduate/Post Graduate (Non-technical)
- Freshers or candidates who are having experience or interest in similar kind of role (preferred)- Candidate Project management/market research/client services/business development/business analyst/business operations
- Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing and internal communication
- Strong computer proficiency Microsoft Office, Outlook
- Strong problem-solving/trouble-shooting and negotiation skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Must be open to work in 24X7 environment (including night shifts)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure clear communication and outline of project requirements and timelines with other teams that are related to complete and successfully deliver project.
- Ensure that clients need and project objectives are consistently met.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Proactively identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans thus ensuring project assigned is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Perform Customer Relationship Management and Team Work.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned sales teams.
- Cost confirmation and Invoicing.
