Manage multiple development projects on .Net technologies
Provide technical direction to the project teams
Work with project team leads to come up with a road map for projects and project plans
Monitor the progress of on-going projects and ensure that development services are being rendered to the satisfaction of clients
Closely work with the sales team to work with prospective clients, submit proposals and get new business
Excellent communications and leadership skills, interfacing comfortably and successfully with all levels of employees from fresher s to senior management
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial
Experience building process improvements and taking initiatives to improve the delivery and team satisfaction
Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus
