RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales of Apartments at Project level
- Coordinating & Organizing site visits
- Negotiating price and contracts
- End to End handling of customers
- Participating in Sales & Exhibitions
- Achieving Sales target by adhering and managing Sales process
- Co-ordinate with CRM team and ensure seamless closure of Potential Leads
- Present sales, revenue and expenses/ MIS reports and realistic forecasts to the Sales Head
SKILLS
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
- Basic Spread sheet, Email Communication
- Ability to adhere End to End Sales Process
