Job Description
Administrative experience on (YARN, MapReduce, HDFS, HBase, Zookeeper, Pig, Sqoop, Spark, Oozie Hive, Linux and shell script )
? Knowledge on Mongo DB ,Cloudera Hadoop 3.1

Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for implementation and ongoing administration of Hadoop infrastructure.
Working with data delivery teams to setup new Hadoop users. This job includes setting up Linux users, setting up Kerberos principals and testing HDFS, Hive, Pig and MapReduce access for the new users.
Performance tuning of Hadoop clusters and Hadoop MapReduce routines.
Screen Hadoop cluster job performances and capacity planning
Monitoring the cluster connectivity , performance & security (Kerberos / Rangers),
Manage and review Hadoop log files.
File system management and monitoring.
HDFS support and maintenance.
Collaborating with application teams to install operating system and Hadoop updates, patches, version upgrades when required
A Hadoop administrator will have to work closely with the database team, network team, BI team and application teams to make sure that all the big data applications are highly available and performing as expected.
Data modelling, design & implementation based on recognized standards.
Software installation and configuration
Participate in the design, implementation and support of MongoDB databases and distributed systems in a client/server environment
Provide technical leadership for MongoDB related initiatives, database administration and maintenance activities
Understanding of MongoDB database security access and authentication (LDAP and Active Directory)
24x7 on call support rotation
Work location : Bangalore/Hyderabad
Experience : 5 to 9 years
Role : Direct contract with Attra for 6 months
Notice : only immediate to max 15 days
