Eligibility Criteria:
- Years of Experience: 8 - 10 years of related experience
- Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science (or related field); or 6 - 8 years experience with a masters degree;
Primary Responsibilities:
- As a lead engineer, this role includes both developing software solutions and directing team activities to ensure projects are successful.
- Join a team to design, develop and maintain big data solutions
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution
- Monitor, coordinate and supervise daily activities of software development
- Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to capture software requirements, align priorities and define scopes
- Work with cross-function team to drive forward results for meeting customer requirements
Continue on-job training in state-of-the-art software technology, including, but not limited to, big data, modern web-based applications, ML/DL based analytics solution
Mandatory Skills:
- Excellent knowledge in Object-Oriented software design and implementation
- Demonstrated hand-on experience in complex software development with Java
- Knowledge with Linux OS and proficient with basic Linux admin tasks
- Experience in big data software development within Hadoop ecosystem
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse technologies and techniques.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Confluence, Git, Bitbucket, Jira, Maven, Jenkins
- Experience in Linux Shell Scripting or Python programming
- Knowledge in computer system architecture, including process, memory, storage and networking management
- Experience in the semiconductor equipment manufacturing industry
Knowledge in Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
