REPORTING STRUCTURE: Reporting to EVC

DESIRED PROFILE

Educational Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate Civil Engineer
Minimum 20 years experience with 5 years in senior management
5 years proven track record in business development with private sector
Demonstrated success in starting new Highway Construction division/business is preferred
Strong in business development, collaboration, managing delivery on time and cost
Strong network in Highway Construction industry, equipment industry, NHAI, MORTH and State PWD
Hands on experience in contract management and costing is essential
Familiarity with Excel, Analytic and presentation tools will be an added advantage

Person from consulting background not desired

Willing to travel extensively
