Technician - Vehicle Testing & Vehicle @ Manpower group

Job Description

We are hiring for our (Contract to hire for 1 Year ) leading MNC Client @ Bangalore.

Roles and Responsibilities

Operation of Mobile chassis dynamo meter for testing at different altitudes.

Operation of Chassis dyno test bed.

Setup vehicle on chassis dynamo meter and operate in different modes and driving cycles.

Operate Emission measurement system like PEMS and Micro soot sensor, trouble shoot & diagnosis

Operate Diesel Generator and ensure Power connection to the Dynamo meter.

Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification ;

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Preferably with ITI/Apprenticeship in Mechanical Trade

Experience - 1 - 2 years of experience preferred.

General Competency ; Basic knowledge on Vehicles Passenger cars, LDV,

3W, Basic knowledge on Engines functions (Diesel,Gasoline)

Technical Competency ; Vehicle & Engine components, layout and its functions.

Knowledge on Chassis dynamo meter

Testing Competency ; Knowledge on Vehicle testing on Chassis dyno

Method Competency ; Vehicle problem trouble shooting, failure investigations,

Findings analysis and problem solving.

Soft Competency ; Willingness to travel extensively to remote locations

Time Management, approach, optimized preparations,

Team player, Co-operation, Willingness to learn, Flexible

Safety operations, Good oral and verbal communications

Microsoft office tools for documentations support.
