Job Description
Agility Logistics, GILSS is looking to hire Process Manager- Record to report (R2R) with 10 or more years of experience in Shared services/ BPO
Professionally qualified - CA/CMA/CPA can apply for this position.
Job requirements:
- Monitor and ensure that all related activities to the month end close are performed in accordance to the global timeline communicated and prescribed checklist.
- Performs variance analysis of profit and loss and key balance sheet accounts as part of the closing process
- Liaise with the local Business Partners on the month end activity, including setting up calls with local country teams during month end close.
- Review and approve balance sheet reconciliations in line with the global policy and timeline.
- Ensure that all documentation of R2R activities is duly prepared, approved and updated.
- Identify and implement initiatives to improve R2R processes.
- Establish and continuously monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the team to meet the performance standards of the SLAs.
- Ensure high levels of stakeholder service and satisfaction.
- Ensure that effective personal performance and development reviews are carried out periodically
- Performs any other duties as required.
Key skills:
Responsible for month end close and audit process, Middle east experience preferred
Oracle & HFM exposure must
Proven expertise on month close and financial reporting
