1.Financial:

Setting Price approval for all zones
Setting Collection targets ( both all India & zonal Levels)
Setting & Monitoring Specific Overdue collection Targets( both all India & zonal Levels)
Mid Term Planning

2. Customer

Prepare dealer's Stock Report
Prepare debtor's Ageing Report
Customer Wise Debtor's reviews (every zonal level meeting)

3.Process

Prepare & send daily sales & collection report to ED
Weekly price updation for WPI index
Updation of overdue debtor's (Zone wise)
Fortnightly Quick report data to ED & CFO
