Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Supervise day to day operations in the customer care department.
Respond to customer service issues in timely manner.
Create effective customer service procedures
Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.
Responsible for followup with team for handover of residential apartments and villas
Provide customer service to every customer in your portfolio and communicate with them on a regular basis
Respond to general questions and facilitate problem resolution
Provide information and direct inquiries appropriate for the identified customer needs
Accountable to provide complete resolutions to customers through process adherence, including internal/external client documentation
Provides required support to customer via phone and email
Track all contacts within the specified systems
Educate customers about specific service and support benefits.
Communicate up-to-date information and deal with all colleagues in a courteous, efficient manner.
Utmost honestly and sincerity is mandatory.
Required Candidate profile
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Candidates with experience in residential building constructions are preferred
- Reporting from Head Office and coordinating with team in construction sites
- Frequent site visits as per customer complaints and requirements
