Job Description

• Assist in the formalization of HR application requirements into general and detailed specifications that can be used by technical teams
• Support writing of detailed test scripts to facilitate user acceptance
• Support writing detailed user guides to facilitate the change management and system adoption
• Support the fine tuning of prototypes closely with the configuration team
• Act as a strategic partner for the business providing subject-matter expertise to support in recommending solutions, or enhancements to existing systems/processes
• Provide deliverables to ensure that requirements are being accurately captured and documented.
• Participate in workshops with business and IT experts as required by the program.

Required Candidate profile

• Proactive, able to work efficiently independently and good analytical capabilities
• Systems and Data minded
• Highly analytical with strong experience collating and analyzing data
• Strong skills in Excel
• Experience in at least one HR implementation in a functional support role (implementation or change management)
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in an HRIS role in Cornerstone, Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM
