Job Description :-

* Planning for the efficient Allocation and Utilization of the Resources & Manpower and Implementing cost control initiatives

* Planning & Implementing maintenance schedules & Documentations for preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance

* Procurements of materials in SAP and ensuring sufficient stock

* Manage all activities for Operation & Maintenance in HVAC, Air Handling Units, Dehumidifiers, DX Units, Ventilation Units, Fan Coil Units, Stability Chambers, Dust Extraction Units, Portable Chillers & Domestics Air Conditioners

* Carry out In-house Projects & Modification work & ensure its timely completion with quality

* Planning & Implementing timely completion of Validation in HVAC meeting USFDA, MHRA, ISO & WHO GMP Guidelines & maintain online documentations

* carry out maintenance of utility equipments like cooling tower,chillers,nitrogen plant,compressors,vapour absorption machine, gear box, centrifugal pumps,pd pump, screw conveyors, heat exchanger, pressure vessels,.

* handle all production related planning, production targets, records and reports for management on Daily, Weekly, MTD & YTD basis.

* industrial Exposure - Work as core team member in Internal Energy Auditing Projects, Work as a core team member of TPM Implementation Team, Maintaining implementation & training of ISO: 9001, ISO: 14001and OHSAS: 18001, ISO: 22000 among the employees, Good knowledge of estimation and the cost calculation of the operation and the maintenance, ability to take responsibility
