Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Achieve monthly secondary sales target
Generate secondary sales and following up DRCP/beat plans
Will visit all A,B,C types of retail outlets for assigned territory
Develop cohesive and working relations with retailers in assigned territory.
Map new and untapped retail outlets and prepare retail universe.
Classify existing and new retail outlets in A,B,C, categories
Move retailers with in classification and upgrade them by building higher business.
Update DRCP on quarterly basis.
Maintain minimum stocks level at Distributors level.
Improve retail visibility and merchandising activities in key outlets.
Communicate schemes, offers, and to close targets gaps while ensuring effective scheme closure.
Track competition activities and response to new product launch.
Report daily secondary Sales & focus products sales through SFO.
