The Employer
Our client is a manufacturer & supplier of age-old superfoods with an organic twist. From their humble beginnings in the early 2000s, they have now established a brand that is trusted and loved by its consumers.
The Job

You will be responsible for :

Defining the distribution model and managing its implementation.
Collaborating with national supply chain and operations teams.
Ensuring sufficient capacity is maintained at all times to meet delivery requirements.
Maintaining cordial relations and working with regional logistics service providers.
Achieving delivery excellence.

The Profile

You possess a Degree in Operations Management or related discipline.
You have at least 6 years experience within Warehouse & Distribution in Manufacturing sector, with a minimum of 3 years in F&B industry.
You have hands-on experience dealing with F&B distribution system and have a fair understanding of optimal models for operating in the region.
You can liaise and work well with internal teams and external parties.
You have good communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to influence people at all levels.
