In this Frontend Technology Lead role, with a demonstrated track record of mentorship, innovative thinking, and technical excellence, you will be responsible for setting the technical direction, realising your ideas in code, and collaborating with other groups within the organization.
Your role includes:
- Managing and mentoring frontend developers across multiple scrum teams.
- Prototyping and developing responsive and elegant cross-platform functionality.
- Leading discussions about project architecture and technical feasibility, making decisions, and justifying your development approach.
- Developing the architecture and doing cutting edge POCs to ensure the product can be scaled.
- Creation of user-friendly web pages.
- Working in multidisciplinary teams with other professionals such as product managers, PMOs, QA, DevOps, back-end developers and UI/UX designers.
- In-depth knowledge and hands on experience in all facets of project life-cycle development (SDLC).
- Optimising our web applications for better performance.
- Keeping abreast of latest & emerging technologies and sharing it with the team on a Monthly basis.
The Profile
- You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- You have at least 5 years of relevant experience as a Frontend Developer and leading a team
- You have the following technical Skills: HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JQuery, JavaScript, ES6, Typescript, Angular2/4/5/6/7, NodeJs, Sass, Springboot and React and knowledge of REST API
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- You possess strong time-management skills
- You are a strong team player who is driven and have fire in your belly.
- You are a critical thinker who enjoys solving problems.
