The Job

As an Automation Engineer, you will be directly reporting to the CTO and will look into automating the existing workflows of our products and services. You will be responsible for :

• Identifying and evaluating opportunities for implementing automation to improve productivity and quality.
  
• Designing, developing and implementing Robotic Process Automation to optimize workflows.
  
• Streamlining process while working with senior stakeholders to formulate project-based solutions.
  
• Programming and testing of robotic processes.
  
• Managing, maintaining and improving automation systems.
  
• Monitoring error logging, decoding and tuning of systems to drive optimum results.
  
• Documenting all initiatives and processes designed for easy training, handover and delegation purposes.
  

The Profile

• You have a Degree in Computer Science Engineering, Robotics or related discipline and have at least 4 years experience within RPA in Industrial environment.
  
• You have solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and related processes.
  
• You have worked in agile teams and have prior programming experience with languages like Python, C#, .net etc.
  
• You possess strong analytical skills and have handled related parts of projects earlier.
  
• You can interact and collaborate with senior stakeholders when required.
  
• You possess an innate ability to act as a problem-solver in any given situation.
  
• You can mentor juniors for certain projects, if required.
