Roles and Responsibilities

1. Identification and troubleshooting of SIP Log analysis, Turn Stun ICE, SFB Hybrid, Enterprise Voice Routing, Media Flow, Direct Routing and Telephony
2. Operating system identification, navigation, configuration and
troubleshooting.
3. Lync (SFB)2010 /2013/2015/2019 identification, navigation, configuration and troubleshooting.
4. Microsoft Teams .Migrating users from SFB onprem to Teams .
5. Call que and Auto Attendant .
6. log analysis : Ucapi , ETL , SBC , Polycom , CCE .
7. Office 365 product/application identification, navigation, configuration
and troubleshooting.
8. Internet, networking, domains, active directory, Teams.
9. Security and Compliance in Office 365 .

Desired Candidate Profile

Inbound and Outbound Technical Customer Support.

SFB hybrid deployment and troubleshooting

Skype for Business online troubleshooting

Microsoft teams, Users migration from Skype to Microsoft teams.
