5. Call que and Auto Attendant .
6. log analysis : Ucapi , ETL , SBC , Polycom , CCE .
7. Office 365 product/application identification, navigation, configuration
and troubleshooting.
8. Internet, networking, domains, active directory, Teams.
9. Security and Compliance in Office 365 .
