Job Description

 

SG in India is working with IMaCS to support the operational requirements. In this regard, IMaCS invites applications from qualified candidates for the position of Client Account Manager based at Delhi.

JOB PURPOSE:

  • Lead a portfolio of accounts and ensure (wherever possible) that both SG's and the client's objectives are met.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities within existing accounts through up-selling / cross-selling.
  • Manage and solve conflicts with clients.
  • Interact, coordinate and build successful working relationships across the SG regional team.
  • Support the Country Manager to build SG's profile in India and identify relevant, new business opportunities.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage client relationships to ensure client satisfaction while achieving revenue objectives and service quality.
  • Understand client requirements and effectively coordinate with the internal / external stakeholders to ensure clients' expectations are met on time.
  • Lead face to face meetings with clients and provide strategic consultation.
  • Reviewing client's results / revenue and suggesting areas of improvement.
  • Provide a pipeline of client facing value-add activities which generate benefits to both parties and derive additional revenue streams.
  • Main point of contact for all clients, streamlining communication through one central person.
  • Oversee customer loyalty programmes that drive customer retention.
  • Provide analytical services, through interpreting data and identifying trends, provide advice and a strategic plan for clients in a consultative approach.
  • Become an expert in SG internal processes and represent our products to clients and new business opportunities, accurately and independently.
  • Build effective relationships with recruitment channels and 3rd party partners in-country.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, in Hindi and English. Additional dialects will be advantageous.
  • Able to work independently and as a team, with a positive work attitude.
  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Computer literacy is essential, especially in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Able to travel within India and overseas when required.

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Advertising, Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • 3 years of client relationship management or sales management experience preferably from the fundraising industry.
