Job Description

We have an urgent opening for Interaction Designer User Exp-Sr for our MNC client.
This will be a Permanent position for Teamware Solutions and will be deputed to our client place
Required Skills:
Position: #Interaction Designer User Exp-Sr
Qualification: BE/B Tech/MCA/M Tech
Location: #Bengaluru
Experience: #6+Years
Notice Period: #Immediate to 30 Days only (60,90 days are not allowed)
Please find the below JD:
Someone who has been working as a #UX/Product Designer for at least 6+ years
Ability to translate #user insights and needs into concepts, #UI flows, and screens; clearly specified for other stakeholders
Good understanding of #Interaction Design and #User Experience Design with ability to step in to take on #Visual Design work.
Should be able to make quick, medium/high fidelity #prototypes
#Design Research methodologies is a plus.
Good #Aesthetic sense and #attention to details
Must demonstrate excellent and repeatable creative, #visual design, #interaction design and #problem-solving ability
Must work well independently and have the ability to successfully lead large-scale projects and initiatives involving multiple cross-functional teams
Must be an exceptional #collaborator and #persuader
Must be able to present well and articulate and defend design decisions with grace and logic
Must be able to mentor and lead other members of the contractor team
Must have standout work samples for major national and global brands
Agency or Startup experience preferred
