Designation : Territory Relationship Executive
Job Type : Full time contractual ( ongoing )
Location : Gurgaon
Sales type : Field sales
Experience : 1 - 5 years
Salary : Rs. 15,001 - Rs. 20,600 / per month up to
Job Description
- Visiting the retailer partners daily as per the beat run. Share the road map with Team Leader.
- On-board retailers on the app by registering them
- Concept Pitch
- On-boarding journey completion
- Assisting in 1st transaction & getting the 1st order.
- Geo tagging on every outlet visit. Whenever we activate this functionality
- Entering additional outlet details as per the format.
- Relationship Management
- Visit the transacting outlet 1/week. Know your Customer
- Visiting & Sharing feedback on non transacting outlets.
- Helping the retailers with the transaction. Ensuring only serious orders are placed. Return orders will not be counted
- Helping with issues if any. Be the eyes & ears for Flipkart
- Credit Management
- Helping the retailers with on-boarding with PAN & other documents for enabling credit.
- Collecting the due credit amount from retailers as per the system nudge while ensuring the OTP procedure completion.
- Depositing the cash collected with the concerned authority. Amount deposited should match the amount collected.
Note: Over the mid-long term FOS needs to move away from BAU Credit Collection, i.e amount collected within the grace time frame.
- Reporting
- Daily outlets visited with status sheet. Travel report
- Performance Sheet
- Both, Hunting & Farming Productivity needs to be measured. Course correction as per targets.
