Responsibilities:

Keep management updated: Monitor project activities and relay vital information in the form of timely and accurate reports to all project stakeholders
Impact the bottom line: Constantly learn, enhance skills and identify opportunities for process improvement leveraging a deep understanding of assigned work; provide feedback and inputs to SMEs, Leads & Managers on identified areas of improvement, opportunities for automation
Define Sutherland s reputation: Oversee and manage performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction; provide coaching and feedback
Strengthen relationships: Establish and maintain communication with all stakeholders including Client, their customers, team members and leaders; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations
Take the lead: Lead Application development and maintenance as per the standard processes. Ensure successful transfer of complex domain knowledge to subject matter experts and team members.

Qualifications:

Any graduation

Exp : 7+Yrs
Experience & Qualifications:
1. 7+ years of experience on Oracle Database.
2. Hands on experience with database systems structure and concepts.
3. Hands on experience with Oracle PLSQL
4. Experience with relational databases is must
5. Good understanding of interfacing concepts
6. Demonstrated experience in filesdata manipulation and conversion
7. Experience with Sql optimization techniques
8. Experience with Data Migration
9. Knowledge of any ETL tool is a plus
10. Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service
11. Analyzing source and target system data.
12. Strong abstraction, analytical and problem solving skills
13. Database certifications like OCP or MCP would be preferred.
