India Infoline Group (IIFL) has an opportunity for the role of Branch Manager in Gold Loan vertical.

Location- Varanasi (U.P.)

Salary: Upto 4.80 LPA + Incentives + Bonus

Job Description

Branch Manager:
1. Should be able to manage the portfolio for Gold Loan/financial business within its branch.
2. Leading a team of Branch staff to ensure business growth.
3. Identifying & taking initiatives for the assigned branch.
4. Should be able to generate revenue and ensure overall business growth
5. Guiding and motivating subordinates in achieving their goals
6. Training the branch staff / sales team on all the financial activities from time to time.
