Job Description

We are urgently looking for an Desktop Support Engineer.IT Hardware knowledge, Laptop/Desktop Troubleshooting.
Knowledge if of LAN/WAN.Installation OS Windows/Anti-Virus, camera installation.Candidate must have minimum 6 months filed experience.

Required Candidate profile

Update customer data and produce activity reports. Walk customers through problem solving process. Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution.Attending Escalations and activity in Field.
