Product Owner - Hyderabad / Secunderabad @ Pegasystems Worldwide

What You'll Do at Pega:

• Define Product features in-line with product roadmap, release scope, prioritize product Goals & EPICs
• Collaborate with product manager(s) in understanding product road map, positioning and driving the feedbacks
• Work with a cross-functional team in planning a product release
• Responsible for product development with adherence to product life cycle guidelines
• Collaborate with Customers, partners in seeking feedback and building, prioritizing product backlog
• Define customer needs and the associated features to meet those needs and advocate development team on behalf of the customer
• Responsible for implementation and driving release management activities
• Organizing releasing discussions, sprint reviews and distributing sprint reports / progress details with stakeholders
• Liaise with delivery manager in planning, managing risks and delivering quality needs

You are a key partner to the development team and business team driving the healthcare applications requirements.

• Bachelor s/Master s degree or equivalent.
• 8 to 12 years of in-depth knowledge of the healthcare domain and experience in building a product in Product owner capacity, with expertise on most of the following areas
  • Expertise on business processes and IT systems in US healthcare industry and well versed with various lines of business - Medicaid, Medicare, commercial etc.
  • Deep understanding of payor, provider, claims & member data model
  • Claims Adjudication Process ITS, NCPDP transactions
  • HIPAA X12 transactions 837I/P/D,834, 270/271, 835
  • Healthcare Plan and benefits, and its configuration (preferably Facets exposure)
  • Lifecycle of complaint --Appeals & Grievance management for a payor
  • Pharmacy benefit management and knowledge on drug code (NDC) - Rx Norm & Medispan
  • Understanding of API's and integration between systems
• Experience with Comms domain is optional and will be an added strength
• Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audience.
• Proven ability to co-ordinate with a diverse set of business users to design an end-to-end business solution, define cohesive & streamlined requirements
