Hiring passionate recruiter who can work independently and work on the target.
Roles and Responsibilities
Need to understand the client job description
Need to identify different keyword for the requirement
Do the screening and validation of profile.
Calling candidates and source suitable profile
Share profile with tracker to respective team manager
Maintain daily call tracker and submission tracker
Desired Candidate Profile
Should have 1- 4 years of experience in recruitment.
Should be well versed in understanding of IT technologies.
Should have laptop to work from Home in current situation.
Should be available immediately.
Should be available for tele and video interview.
