Graduates with minimum 6 months BPO experience in voice.
HSC with minimum 6 months domestic/International BPO experience in voice.
SSC with minimum 1 year of international BPO experience in voice.

Languages Proficiency: Excellent Communications in English

• This position is based out of call center. Person will be responsible for taking Inbound & outbound calls on response based campaigns

Key Responsibilities :

• The incumbent is responsible for Conversion of leads. .
• The incumbent is responsible for Target on up gradation /Cross Selling.
• The incumbent is responsible for quality of business He/She is sourcing
• The incumbent is responsible for Accurate & timely generation of Daily / Weekly / Monthly reports.

Skills Required & Competencies Evaluated
Good Communication Skills (English & Hindi)
Good computer Knowledge.
Good Convincing Skills.

*With respect to the current scenario of COVID-19, all the interviews will be either through Telephonic / Whatsapp Video calling.
