3. Professional Charges

Placement Fees:
Our professional charges for the selected candidates would be:
- 08.33% of the Annual Gross Salary for the entry level positions (Up to Rs. 5,00,000/-).
- 10.00% of the Annual Gross Salary for the middle level positions (From Rs. 5,00,001/- up to
Rs. 10,00,000/-).
- 12.50% of the Annual Gross Salary for Managerial positions (From Rs. 10,00,001/- up to Rs.
20,00,000/-).
- 15.00% of the Annual Gross Salary for very Senior / Middle management positions (Above
Rs. 20,00,000/-).

Payment Terms:
==========

Payment shall be made by the client; on net invoiced amount within 30 days from the date that SERVERIGHT HR SERVICES invoice is received by the client.

Replacement Guarantee:
===============

SERVERIGHT HR SERVICES provides a guarantee to replace any candidate hired through its service, should the referred candidate leave his/her employment on his own within the guarantee period of 2 months from the date of employment.

The guarantee is not applicable if the hired candidate’s relationship is terminated, because the position is eliminated or because of insufficient work for the candidate or non-performance of the
candidate.

Terms of Agreement:
=============

This agreement shall commence as on the effective date and shall remain in full face & effect until terminated by either party for its convenience upon prior written notice to the other party.

A resume received by the client from SERVERIGHT HR SERVICES shall be valid for one year. If any other party refers the same candidate during this time, the referral from SERVERIGHT HR SERVICES will be upheld.
