Candy Toy Corporate is a subsidiary of Bachio Toys Pvt Ltd from Indore. It is into plastic
injection technology for food packaging industry. The group is more than 5 years old and
has a rich history of being amongst the preferred suppliers of prestigious customers such as
Pratap Snacks Ltd, Peppe Nutrition Pvt. Ltd. Akash Namkeen, Mondelez International, etc.
The company specializes in creating infrastructure and quality that are extremely important
for the food packaging industry. A lot of emphasis is paid on Factory & Personal hygiene and
maintaining close to clean room conditions.
Candy Toy Corporate was incorporated in Indore (India) in 2019. It grew tremendously in
one year starting up with 10 Injection Moulding Machines has increased in 45 Injection
Moulding machines in the same year. Candy Toy Corporate currently produces Plastic
Promotional Toys. The daily production is more than a million toys (nearly three million
pieces considering the child parts). This high volume is achieved with the help of lean
manufacturing and in-house man-machine-material strengths. Company soon will be
incorporating in pad printing and ultrasonic machines as well by the end of year of 2020.
The Company employs about 150 people including those required to perform value addition
operations viz. painting, pad-printing, sonic welding and assembly. The entire sourcing and
supply chain is internally developed and capable to turn-around more than 75 MT of raw
material every month.
Candy Toy Corporate is now planning its next phase of investment to prepare itself for
further growth in the next years, expanding its current operations further and expecting to
employ more than 250 people by the end of December 2020. The Company is poised to
become an important player and play major role in developing plastic toy Industry in India.
