Innovative roots of sustainable growth

A breakthrough technological innovation of stabilization of Ortho Silicic Acid (OSA), the bioavailable for Silicon, by Emeritus Professor Dirk Vanden Berghe, Antwerp University, Belgium had laid the foundation for the establishment of Privi Life Sciences, with a vision of “Micro Input and Macro Impact”. The Ortho Silicic Acid technology have been evolved further by inhouse R&D of Privi Life Sciences (PLS) to develop formulation’s apt for agriculture, human and animal wellness.

PLS has pioneered the application and commercialization of stabilized Ortho Silicic Acid in agriculture under the brand name “Silixol. Today PLS has emerged as a Speciality Nutrient company with an aspiration to provide Green Chemistry solutions from Seeds to Harvest for betterment of farming fraternity. PLS is envisaging for “Innovision for a Better Life” though its technologies and solutions.

Commercial footprints

PLS has commercial presence in few states (Maharashtra, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Karnataka, Chhattisgarh, Kashmir) and has a strong urge to expand its geographical presence gradually. PLS is having subsidiary companies in Rwanda and USA. We are also having footprints in parts of Eastern and Western Africa, Australia, North America, Latin America, South East Asia and Turkey.

Research and Development and Manufacturing

PLS having a thrust in research has a skilled and qualified R&D team having a diverse experience in formulation and application research. Capabilities of Formulation teams of integrating chemistries and technologies have been pivotal in developing solutions for diverse requirements. Application Research team is focused in evaluating the efficacy of products under different geographies and on diverse crops for aforesaid claims.

R&D team has been actively participating at national and international technical platforms to showcase their innovations and concepts. We have been granted three patents and have published more than 30 research articles in peer reviewed journals.

PLS is having state of art automated manufacturing plant for liquid products at Roha, Maharashtra and granular products at Mahad, Maharashtra. Our facility for inhouse production of mycorrhiza is located at Lonavala, Maharashtra.

The R&D facility is located at our head quarter at Navi Mumbai besides a on-farm laboratory at Kolhar, Maharashtra. Quality control laboratories established at our both manufacturing sites are equipped with modern analytical equipment’s.

Creating Solutions

PLS is having a product basket catering the requirements of Soil health, Speciality Nutrients, Bio stimulants, Micronutrients, Green Pesticides, Nutrient Mixtures. We are having technological strengths to develop formulations of varied types (water soluble liquids, suspension concentrates, emulsifiable concentrates, wettable powder, granules, tablets, gels etc) to cater requirements of customers in diverse segments. PLS is having capabilities of customizing products as per customer’s preferences.

Collaboration, Co-discovering and Co-creation.

In urge to fulfil requirements of farming fraternity, PLS’s R&D team is collaborating with leading accredited research institutes and universities for developing formulations, technology transfers , upgrading skills as well as evaluation studies.

We are having a MOU for a technological collaboration with the University of South Florida, USA for developing nano fertilizers.

Accreditations

PLS is certified for ISO-9001-2015 Quality Management System. We are also CHEMXIL and HALAL certified under the Basic Chemicals, Cosmetics and Dyes Export Promotion Council set up by Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India. Our products are eco-friendly and are derived from natural ingredients. They are certified for use in “Organic Farming “ by certification bodies like ECOCERT and OMRI.
