Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations (ICRIER) is looking to hire a full-time HR Associate. The selected person will be part of a team responsible for for communicating the organization's vision, mission and values to all staff, providing them with the information they need to synchronize their actions with the organization's objectives. S/He is required to work with the leadership team to effectively deliver results through people strategy in all HR domains of Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and staff development and management. The incumbent with the support of Operations Head will be responsible for creating systems and processes for effectively managing human resources and supporting the faculty without sacrificing compliance with policies, systems, and procedures in all areas of operations.
