Gemba Concepts Established in the year 2014 by two Ex- Toyota employees trained in Toyota Production System (TPS - Lean management) by Japanese professionals which expertise's in world class practices of Manufacturing & Management. Gemba Concepts started modestly with two projects in Bangalore, today we are a team of 30+ with multiple skill sets & a customer base of 50+ spread across the country ranging from 20Cr~6000Cr in turnover.
