CART is a wholly owned subsidiary of CARE Ratings Limited engaged in business of providing advisory services to lenders, corporate and fund houses. Its services include, various valuation and evaluation services targeted to lenders and portfolio management services to mutual funds and social impact funds.

CART also renders the grading services (particularly covering the Social Impact side) for relative assessment of Micro Finance Institutions (MFIs), Energy efficiency service audits and Solar grading.
